Happy Birthday Taylor
Even though we celebrated awhile ago, happy birthday to Taylor. . . 26 years old on Valentine's Day! Taylor, we are just getting to know you in our family but I appreciate your gentle nature, your love of basketball---especially the Jazz, and your determination in staying in school. I also like your "attitude of gratitude" and getting to know your kind heart that I have heard about first from Brent and Sonya Davis and since then, from many others. Bob Eckles told me the other day that you were a hard worker in basketball and always wanted to improve your game. That determination will always pay off in your life. I hope this birthday celebrated in our family will be the beginning of many more to come. Love, Michele

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! I wish we could have been there to celebrate with you on your big day!! I heard Megs cooked up something yummy and had tickets to a great concert! Sounds like a party! Taylor, we think you are a great guy, that you are hard working (promotion at work, right?), and that you treat Megan great. Hope you felt loved on your big day.

It's been great having you in the family, you have such a gentle demeanor. Thanks for loving Megan and taking good care of her. Oh yeah, and thanks for bringing Pirate into our lives. The kiddos are hooked on getting a dog just like Pirate!

ReplyDeleteHere are a few things I love most about my cute husband, that most don't know about him.
-He is the most giving/generous person ever. (of both time, and money and everything.) He really aims to please and loves to know that those he loves in his life are happy. He also has a very sensitive and sentimental side that I love. Probably the most special people in his life ever were his grandparents who both died within the past 5 years. He was so so close with them. We actually got married on his grandmas birthday, July 3rd which was special for us.
-He is truly the most thoughtful gift-giver EVER. He puts so much thought into any gift that he gives. SO if he gets any of your names for xmas, you pretty much scored. ;)
-He has to always have something "fun" going on. And if we don't, then he'll create something fun to do.
- He is so grateful for everything he has. Whenever I do anything from clean our apartment or make dinner he will ALWAYS thank me over and over.
-He has such a rare humor that I love. Much like Ben, he is very witty and sarcastic. He keeps me constantly laughing. He keeps our lives very entertaining.
-He is such a hard worker. I know that's such a cliche thing to say, but it is so true. He is going to school full time and working hard at his job. Yes, I am working at Brighton, but I only get paid twice a year, so I haven't even gotten paid yet. Tay is the one who told me to quit my job at Dillard's, even when we really could've used the money. I can't even put into words how much that meant to me.
ANYWAY -- I could go on, but those are my top reasons today why I love him. He's a jewel. xox Love you tay

ReplyDeleteSorry about the very late posting on the blog. It is easier for me to hack into the Pentagon main frame that to get on this blog. After seeing everyone else's comments I am starting to take it personal that it is only me that has to use encryption decoder software to get on the site.
Anyway, just want you to know that I am very grateful for you. I appreciate your love for Megan and your constant support and encouragement of her. You continue to make her very happy and I will be forever grateful for that.
